Paolo Moschino
The design style of Paolo Moschino Ltd has continued to evolve over the years. Whilst the firm was initially grounded in the principles of English design, the worldly aesthetic of Paolo and Philip has brought a more international point of view to its projects. The partners also have a clear vision: It’s essential to establish the difference between interior design and simply furnishing a house. They like to create the bones, to think about the interior architecture, to consider how everything works together.
Architecture takes a great deal of effort, should be perfect and look perfect; interior design requires equal amount of effort and should be perfect, yet never look perfect. Perfection in architecture is beautiful, but when it comes to interior design, it can lack personality and look very sterile. Paolo and Philip are consistently drawn to the idiosyncratic—interiors that are elegant but with an unexpected twist. They are always hoping to create that special element of surprise and humour.
Zoffany
Zoffany is a company imbued with a passion for art and luxury that has seen us emerge over the past three decades as one of the fastest growing and most respected brands in luxury interiors. Our sophisticated approach draws on many different sources, including innovative technology, contemporary design and our own historical archive. Zoffany is the careful custodians of a remarkable archive, painstakingly assembled from around the world via auctions and donations from our customers. The collection includes rich weaves, luxurious velvets and opulent wallcoverings, most dating back to the 17th and 18th century.
The first ever Zoffany collection was based on the reproduction of historic wallcoverings from Temple Newsam, a Tudor-Jacobean country house in Leeds, Yorkshire. After studying document fragments, the Zoffany design team meticulously recreated a collection of wallpapers that were celebrated for their elegance, artistry and authenticity. It’s that hallmark of integrity that underpins everything Zoffany does today.

Scion
According to our dictionary, the word ‘Scion’ has two meanings: ‘a young shoot or twig’ or ‘the descendent of a notable family’. It’s the perfect name for an energetic new brand that burst onto the scene in 2012 as the newest member of the Harlequin family. Scion was conceived for modern living and filled a gap in the market for fresh, individual and reasonably priced home products. The party really started when one of our designers drew a little orange fox… Mr Fox was born and quickly became one of the most iconic designs of the decade.
When designs are this good you can’t keep them to yourself. So alongside our own fabric and wallpaper collections, we have also partnered with specialist manufacturers who produce Scion products under licence. Today you’ll find Mr Fox, his new friend Spike and many other Scion designs popping up on bed linen, rugs, towels, tableware and bathroom accessories.Scion is proud to be a very British brand. Our designers work from a studio in Leicestershire and we only use factories we know well and trust for their commitments to the environment and sustainability. Because after all, our world would be nothing without foxes and hedgehogs.
