• It is important that you know the width and the height of the area you wish to cover.
• You can use the easy-to-use wallpaper calculator to work out how many rolls you will need. Simply enter the dimensions of your wall area and the dimensions of the wallcovering you are interested in, and the calculator will instantly work out how many rolls you will approximately need.
• Please add at least 10cm to the width and the height of the area you wish to cover to make provision for any irregularities.
• It is important to order enough to ensure that you receive all the stock you need in a single dye-lot. As stock of the same dye-lot can not be guaranteed at a later date, any additional purchases of the design might result in a dye-lot colour variation.

• Once you are done shopping click on Checkout. Make sure you have checked your order summary and that all the product details are correct.
• Follow the easy steps to enter your billing and shipping details and proceed to the various easy payment methods. It is important to have a look at our Terms & Conditions before continuing to checkout. Once payment has been processed via Paygate you will receive an instant payment receipt.
• You can expect an order confirmation within 2 working days confirming stock availability and the timing of your deliver.
• Because we are importing each wallcovering for you specifically, it is not possible to cancel the order once it has been dispatched by the overseas supplier. Please see our Terms & Conditions regarding cancellations and returns.
• Each wallcovering order needs to be ordered from our suppliers abroad and is not held in stock in South Africa. We offer a 10-15 business day turnaround time.
• The online offering on this website is available to clients in the following countries only: South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. • Delivery is free on all orders being delivered within South Africa.

• We strongly suggest using a professional installer. We are happy to recommend a professional wallpaper installer in your area. A professional installer will also ensure that the wallcovering glue used during installation meets the requirements of the wallcovering manufacturer.
